Download Manager

When you download a report or dashboard, the file is sent to the Download Manager. To open the Download Manager click on the Analytics Menu. When you start a download, one of the following happens:

• When the file renders quickly, a notification message displays allowing you to open the Download Manager and then another notification message displays allowing you to download the file to your local machine.

• When the file takes a while to render, the Download Manager automatically opens displaying the name of the report or dashboard and the status of the download.

When the download is completed, the status is updated and an onscreen notification message displays. Click to download a copy to your local machine.
