Permissions and Save

Report Name and Folder

To save a report name and location:

  1. Type the report name in the Report Name field.

  2. In the Select or create a folder field, do one of the following:

    • Select an existing folder where you want to store the report.

    • Click Create a new folder to create the folder where you want to store the report.

      Note: You can save a report with the same name in the same folder.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Add permissions. See Report Visibility - Permissions below.

    • Click Save to save the report.

Report Ownership

Displays your name as the owner of the report. Click Change Ownership to select a user to transfer ownership to.

Report Visibility - Permissions

To specify access and read/write permissions for the report:

  1. Select one of the following:

    • Private: Only you are able to view and edit the report.

    • Shared: Allows you to set your report to be viewed by a specific user(s) and set read/write permissions.

      1. In the Type User Name or User Group field, select the user(s) or group(s) to which you want to share your report.

      2. In the Type User Name or User Group field, click one of the following:

        • Can Edit to allow the selected user(s) or group(s) to view and edit the report.
        • Can View to allow the selected user(s) or group(s) to only view the report.
  2. Click Save to save the report.
