You can search for a word or string of words in the Viewer Viewers are users with Read-only access to documents. They can access documents and submit feedback to editors document you currently have open. You can also use the Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut to search for information in a document.

This function adds the Panviva document you are currently viewing to your list of favorites. The documents added to favorites are listed in alphabetical order.

The Remove from favorites option displays if the current document has previously been added to your favorites.

You can add personal notes to any document in Panviva, much like using Post-It notes in a manual.

Note: Notes cannot be added to imported documents.

You can choose to be notified when content is updated. Notifications will be sent as Messages, Alerts, or Emails Email notifications can be set up to occur weekly, daily or immediately. These notifications are emailed at the scheduled frequency and contain a link to the changed document. when changes are made to a document.
