Messages

Messages is a repository for communication within Panviva. The Messages feature is accessed via the More > Messages menu.

The More menu icon displays a notification badge when there are unread items in Messages.

In Messages, you may find document change notifications and/or review and approve workflow messages.

Selected items expand so you can open the document the item relates to. Items are automatically archived after the document is opened from Messages.

Types of notifications

Panviva offers different types of notifications depending on the event and context. The following table outlines these notification types and where they appear:
