Log on to Viewer as another user

This is typically reserved for users in a supervisory role, and allows them to log on to Viewer Viewers are users with Read-only access to documents. They can access documents and submit feedback to editors as another user.

Note: This option is configurable and may not be available to you.

  1. When the Viewer is displayed click More  More menu.

  2. Select User > Log off.

    The log off options display.

  3. Click Log on as another user.

    Viewer log on window displays.

  4. Complete the following fields:

    Field 

    Instruction 

    Username 

    Type the user name with which you want to log on. 

    Password 

    Type the user's password. 

  5. Click Log on.

    The Home: Panviva page displays.

Note: If a Warning dialog box displays, you have documents open for editing or background tasks running

Choose the next step:

  1. To log off and not complete the background tasks click Log off.

  2. To complete the background tasks and/or close documents click Cancel.
