Reinstate orphan
Manager users in the Authors role can reinstate a document or document folder from Orphans:
Reinstate single document or folder
When the folder tree is displayed:

Click the Orphans folder.

Select the document or folder to reinstate.

Click Move.
Note: The Move button displays only in the Properties view.
Tip: If the Move button is not displayed:

Select Details & Actions > Properties > General Properties to refresh the Manager window.

Click Move.

When the Move to a new position window displays, do one of the following:

To reinstate the folder or document into a folder:

Select the folder
-
Click Move into
-

To reinstate the folder or document above a folder or document:
-
Select the folder or document
-
Click Insert before
-

To reinstate the folder or document
-
Select the folder or document
-
Click Insert after
-

Manager reinstates the document or folder including all sub-folders and documents within the folder.
Reinstate multiple documents or folders
When the folder tree is displayed.

Click Multiple selection to display the Your selections pane.

Click the Orphans folder.
-
Select the documents or folders to reinstate.
Tip: As you select them, the names display in the 'Your selections' pane.

Click Apply selection. The Your selections pane displays on the left of your window.

Click Move.
Note: The Move button displays only in the Properties view.
Tip: If the Move button is not displayed:

Select Details & Actions > Properties > General Properties to refresh the Manager window.

Click Move.

The Move to a new position window displays.

When the Move to a new position window displays, do one of the following:

To reinstate the folder or document into a folder:

Select the folder.

Click Move into.

To reinstate the folder or document above a folder or document:

Select the folder or document.

Click Insert before.

To reinstate the folder or document

Select the folder or document.
-
Click Insert after.

Manager moves the document or folder (including all sub-folders and documents within the folder).
