Release latest version

Manager An administrative role responsible for managing workflows, feedback, and document assignments. users in the Authors role can release the latest document revision to display in Viewer A user role with read-only access to Panviva documents who can also submit feedback..

When the folder tree is displayed select the required document.
Select Details & Actions > Properties > Status.

The Status pane displays.

Complete the following fields:

Field	Instruction
% complete	Type 100.
Release date	Select either: Today's date to immediately release the document to Viewer; or A future date. Note: The document will automatically be released on the date specified.

Click Save.

Manager releases the latest revision to Viewer based on the selected release date.

"Unreleasing" versions

Released versions cannot be "unreleased."

If the document's percentage complete is changed to less than 100, (E.g. 99, 60 etc.) the document still displays in Viewer, but any changes made are not released until the percentage complete is again set to 100.
