Reinstate image or image folder orphan

Manager An administrative role responsible for managing workflows, feedback, and document assignments. users in the Authors role can reinstate an image or image folder (including all subfolders and images within the image folder) from Orphans.

1. Open Panviva Manager.

   The Document Management window displays.

2. Click Images.

   The Image Management window displays.

3. In the Orphans folder, click the image or image folder to reinstate.

4. Click Move.

   The Image folders dialog box displays.

5. Select a destination folder.

   Note: Select the top Images folder, to move the folder into the Image folder tree.

6. Click Move.

Manager moves the selected folder into the destination folder.
