Multi-View
Multi-View enables you to open multiple Panviva windows to view another document or perform new searches without losing your place in the current window. Each window opens in a new browser tab outside the main Panviva interface. You can open up to six tabs and name each for easy reference. This feature is especially helpful when handling multiple customer inquiries at once.
Note:
- Multi-View is designed for short-term use, as a temporary window.
- Reporting data (analytics) is captured only until a Multi-View window is opened and does not track your activity in that window afterward.
- Multi-View is not available for Side Window documents, as these already open in a separate window outside of Panviva Viewer A user role with read-only access to Panviva documents who can also submit feedback..
- Multi-View is available on the Knowledge Essentials or Knowledge Anywhere tier or as an add-on for our legacy packages. To enable Multi-View, contact your Customer Success Manager An administrative role responsible for managing workflows, feedback, and document assignments. (CSM).
Using Multi-View

Login to Panviva.

Navigate to a document.

Select Multi-View
. -
Push document to new window popup displays the name of the document.

In the textbox, type a personalized description for the window.
For Example: Customer name – Loan Document -
Select OK.

Panviva opens the document in a new browser tab with the personalized name.
Note: You can also open the Welcome/ via Multi-View, but it cannot cannot be personalized with a custom name.
Navigate through the Multi-View windows like you would within Panviva, with each tab representing a different inquiry or document.
