Create Online Learning document
Manager users in the Authors role can set up a document as an Online Learning Documents accessed via the My Training folder in Viewer. Note that the online learning folder in the Folder view could be named differently if your administrator assigned a different name to the folder. document.

When the folder tree is displayed select the online learning folder you created in Create online learning folder.

Choose the next step:
Note: Important! You must create the training document in your learning folder.

Select the training document you created.

Select Details & Actions > Training Properties.
The Training Properties window displays.

Toggle the Training document field to ON
Tip: When a document is set as a training document, the system will automatically add a Submit button for users. This button only appears when users access the document through their Training Objectives,and not in Editor mode. To test this functionality, assign the document to yourself and complete the quiz/list under Next Steps after clicking the Online Learning icon in Panviva.

Click Save.
Manager applies the training document property.
