Create custom role

Manager users in the rolecreators role can create new custom roles.

1. Open Panviva Manager.

   The Document Management window displays.

2. Click Roles.

   The Role Management window displays.

3. Click and then select New Role from the menu to display the Add menu.

4. Edit the role properties:

   • Name: Enter a name for the role

   • Description: (Optional) Enter a description

5. Click Save to create the role.
