Users & Roles
Panviva Users and Roles are created and managed by a user in the rolecreators role. The rolecreator controls who can:

Read specific documents in Viewer Viewers are users with Read-only access to documents. They can access documents and submit feedback to editors;

Read and/or write to specific documents in Manager An Admin user who can manage and assign feedback, workflows, document, images etc.;

Perform various systems functions in Manager;

Receive feedback from users via Viewer; and
-
Receive notifications.
Users and Roles view
When Manager first opens, it displays at the Document Management window. The User and Role Management windows are accessed via the top toolbar.

Click Users to access the User Management window

Click Roles to access the Role Management window
User management
The User Management window displays the system users and lists basic information for each.
Note: Use Find field above the user list to search for a specific user by Username, First/last name and email.
Role management
A role applies to a specific group of Panviva users. Users are assigned to roles to provide them with access to:

Manager system functions, such as the ability to manage roles.

Permissions for content in Viewer.
There are two types of roles - System roles and Custom roles.
