About AccuRoute CloudFax
AccuRoute CloudFax provides organizations with a high-capacity, secure online fax solution with strong encryption and SSL access, and supports the most stringent compliance regulations worldwide to ensure data security and privacy.
AccuRoute CloudFax is installed on HP devices that run the HP Workpath application. This integration enables users to send scanned faxes from device to recipients in the cloud and more. Delivery of the faxes are managed by InterFAX used for cloud fax secure document distribution.
Users can perform the following tasks with AccuRoute CloudFax after installation and setup is complete.

Send scanned faxes to fax recipients.

Add a Reference number to a fax message for internal customer use.

Add a Notification email address.
-
Add, remove, and edit fax contact information.

Manage an address book.
-
View and print inbound faxes
-
View fax history.
Before you begin
Administrators must complete the following tasks.

Download and install AccuRoute CloudFax from the HP App Store.

Contact HP for information about the HP Workpath app and compatible devices.

Configure the InterFAX Account.
Configuring an InterFAX account
Administrators must configure an InterFAX account for each device before device users can send and receive faxes. You can configure an InterFAX account by using Device Home > Settings.
Note: You will receive an error message if you attempt to use AccuRoute CloudFax without configuring an InterFAX account. Only one region is supported. This is preconfigured for you based on your workflow configuration requirements. Multiple regions are not supported at this time.
Contact your Account Manager for your username and password credentials. Options are configurable by Administrators only.
To configure an InterFAX account

Go to the device Home screen and select Sign in.

Select Administrator Access Code on the Access Type drop-down list.

Type your Access Code in the Access Code box.

Select the AccuRoute CloudFax tile. The InterFAX Account Settings screen appears.

Use the down-arrow to select your Primary region, if necessary.

Type your username and password.
-
Select any of the following options.
-
View all outbound faxes
-
Only view logged on user’s outbound faxes
Note: The options selected here are for use by both Administrators and Device users. Only Administrators can make changes to the InterFAX Account Settings screen.

Select OK.
