Fax cover pages for outbound messages are created from fax cover page templates. Using these templates, you can create a set of standard cover pages for your messaging environment.
You can enable members of a specific group to use particular Fax Cover Pages that you do not want available for all users. Once a user in the group logs in to a device, they can use the Fax Cover Pages configured for the group.

In the Groups node, right-click the user group for which you want to define Fax Cover Pages and select Properties. The Group Properties screen appears.

On the Fax Cover Pages tab, select the Enable members of this group to use the selected fax cover pages check box.

Select the Fax Cover Pages you want to make available to this group and click OK.
