Configuring Network Fax Settings

You can configure network fax settings for the Digital Sender by using the Web Access tool.

To configure network fax settings for the Digital Sender

  1. Load the Web Access Tool from a system that has access rights to it.

Tip: To load the Web Access Tool, type the IP address of the Digital Sender in the address bar of a browser, and then add :4242. For example: //172.16.5.4:4242

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Send To.

  3. Click Fax.

  4. Under Fax Settings, select Enable Network Fax.

  5. Under Network Fax, type the network name or the IP address of the Digital Sender in the HP Digital Sender Service Network Name or IP Address text box.

  6. Select Omtool in Vendor Name.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply.
