You can use this process to create the Distribution Collections for user groups and device groups. In addition, you can create collections of distributions that you do not want all users to see.
To create a distribution collection

In the Configuration node, right-click Distribution Collections and select New > Distribution Collection. The Distribution Collection screen appears.

On the General tab, enter a name for your new collection in the Name text box.

On the Distributions tab, click Add. The Select Embedded Directive screen appears.

On the Select Embedded Directive screen, select and define any of the parameters by which you want to limit your search and then click Find.

From the list, select each of the embedded directives you want available in your collection and then click Select. Upon returning to the Distributions tab, click OK to create the collection and exit.
