Mobile Capture Registration

For Mobile Capture users

Mobile capture is the use of mobile devices to capture, access, and process information anywhere at any time. Documents and other formats are captured and distributed to company-specific resources and destinations with the use of your mobile device.

You must register first before you can use Upland AccuRoute Mobile Capture.

To register

  1. Type https://uplandcapture.com/accuroute in your Safari (iOS device) or Google Chrome (Android device) Search bar and tap Go or Search. The Mobile Capture Sign in screen appears.

  2. Tap the Register link. The Register screen appears.

  3. Type your email address and code provided by your Administrator. A period (.) is included and required in the code. The code is not case-sensitive.

  4. Tap the Register button. A message appears that indicates whether your registration succeeded.

Your registration request is submitted for approval. An email with a password link is sent to your email address if you are an authorized Mobile Capture user. Use the password link to set your password.

After setting your password, you are ready to sign in. Repeat Step 1 listed above. Type your email address and password and tap Sign In. See Capture to MyFiles, Fax, and Public Distributions to start capturing!

Tap the Share icon and select Add to Home Screen to save the URL as a home screen shortcut.
