Reusable Paper Document Cover Sheets

You can create a profile for a document by creating a paper document cover sheet in NetDocuments. The cover sheet functions like a routing sheet that the Upland AccuRoute server uses to route the document to its appropriate NetDocuments location. Print the cover sheet with its bar code and reuse when scanning as often as you need to. A behind-the-scenes flag is setup on the server to allow reuse of the cover sheets and tracking of the scanned documents. No additional setup on the Server Administrator is required. Users can view a history of the document versions by using the Document Details panel in NetDocuments.
