Modifying a Distribution

You cannot modify a Subscribed or Public Distribution. However, you can make changes to one and use Save As to create a new Distribution.

To modify a Distribution with Save As:

  1. Launch WebApps.

  2. You can click Distribution Collections to view sets of Collections assigned to your WebApps profile by the Administrator.
    Or, you can click the Distributions tile and select from the following options:

    • My Distributions - to view your Personal Distributions.

    • Subscribed Distributions - to view Public and Shared Distributions to which you are subscribed.

    • Mobile Reservations - to view distributions created on the Mobile Client.

  1. To open and work with a distribution, select one and click Properties.

  2. Edit the Recipient information as needed.

  3. To add any attachments, click Add. Select the relevant attachments and click SaveAs.

  4. Go to My Distributions to view your new Distribution. It appears there because while you cannot modify an existing Public Distribution or Distribution Collection, your changes are saved as a new Personal Distribution.
