About InterFAX Connector

The InterFAX connector allows the server to send and receive faxes via the cloud-based InterFAX fax service.

Configuring the InterFAX connector

To configure the InterFAX connector

1. Start the Server Administrator.

2. Navigate to Connectors > Select New Upland AccuRoute Connector > InterFAX

3. Enter the appropriate Server Address and click Next.

4. Specify a name for the connector and click Next.

5. Enter a valid username and password obtained from the InterFAX and click Next.

6. Click Finish. The InterFAX connector is added to the server.

Note: To add multiple InterFAX Connectors, additional licensed are required.

Routing an outbound fax message

To route an Outbound fax message using InterFAX connector

1. Launch  Message server Administrator > Default groups > enable the Fax message option.

2. In the Messages node, select New > Test Message. The Test Message window appears

3. Specify the Sender Email, Recipients (outbound fax number), Subject, Comments, and Attachments.

4. Click Deliver. The Fax message is routed using a specific routing rule created for the InterFAX and delivered to the specified recipients.

Note: No configuration is required in Message Server Administrator to receive Inbound Fax message.
