Using the Printer connector, you can specify the page size for messages that are routed to printers. This page size setting applies to all messages routed to printers through the Printer connector, that is messages that are routed to printers based on routing rules and personal printers assigned to users.
The page size options are as follows:

Automatically Select (Letter, Legal) - If you select this option, the printer that receives message from the Printer connector selects either letter or legal size paper.

Letter - If you select this option, the printer that receives messages from the Printer connector selects letter size paper.

Legal - If you select this option, the printer that receives messages from the Printer connector selects legal size paper.

A4 - If you select this option, the printer that receives messages from the Printer connector selects A4 size paper.

Tabloid - If you select this option, the printer that receives messages from Printer connector selects Tabloid size paper.
Setting the paper size
You can set the paper size for messages routed to printers by using the Server Administrator > Connectors node.
Note: When you set the paper size, network printers will use the paper size you specified when printing messages.
To set the paper size for messages routed to printers

Start the Server Administrator.
On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > -
On the console, expand the Server Administrator tree.

Click Connectors. The Connectors details pane lists the connectors that are licensed with your server.

Double-click the Printer connector. The Properties dialog box appears.

Click Options.

In the Choose the desired paper size section, go to the Size drop-down list and select the appropriate paper size from the drop-down list.

Click OK.
