You can enable members of a specific group to use particular Prompts that you do not want available to all users. Once a user in the group logs in to a device, they receive the prompts configured for the group.

In the Groups node, right-click the user group for which you want to define Prompts and select Properties. The Group Properties screen appears.

On the Prompts tab, select the Enable members of this group to prompt for the following properties check box.

Select the Prompts of interest and click OK.
