About Scan Settings

You can enable members of a specific group to use particular Scan Settings that you do not want available for all users. Once a user in the group logs in to a device, they can use the scan settings configured for the group.

  1. In the Groups node, right-click the user group for which you want to define scan settings and select Properties. The Group Properties screen appears.

  2. On the Scan Settings tab, select the Enable members of this group to use the selected Scan Settings check box.

  3. Select the scan settings you want to make available to this group and click OK.
