Additional Exchange Connector Lookup Configuration

An additional lookup configuration option is available in the Exchange connector properties. Depending on your lookup configuration, this option must be enabled or disabled in order for the connector to perform lookups successfully.

To configure the Exchange connector lookup

  1. Open the Exchange connector Properties page.

    • Start the Server Administrator.
On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > Upland AccuRoute Server Administrator.

    • On the Server Administrator tree, click Connectors. All the connectors in your environment are listed in the Connectors details pane.

    • Double-click Exchange connector in the details pane to open the Properties page.

  2. Click the DID/DTMF lookup.
