Canceling Messages

You can cancel any message listed in the In Process folder. When you cancel a message, it is listed in the History folder > Canceled barometer.

To cancel a message

  1. Start the Server Administrator.
    On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > Upland AccuRoute Server Administrator.

  2. In the console, expand the Server Administrator tree.

  3. Expand the Messages node. Click In Process. The In Process folder lists the messages the server is processing.

  4. Search for the message you want to cancel. You can do the following:

    • If you know the barometer where the message resides, select it. All messages that are being processed by that barometer are listed.

    • To filter the number of messages listed, select an option from the View drop-down list.

  5. Right-click the message. Select Cancel from the short-cut menu.

  6. Confirm that you want to cancel the message and click Yes. The message is cancelled and listed in the History folder > Canceled barometer.
