Message Properties Journal

The Journal displays a history of events related to a message on the Upland AccuRoute server. If a message has not been delivered or if it fails on the server, the journal is essential in helping you troubleshoot any issues.

The Journal has the following columns with information about the messages.

• Date - indicates the date and time of the event.

• Journal Entry - Indicates the event itself.

• Status - The processing stage of the message. For example, a message can be in a state known as "Pending".

With the Journal, you can:

• View all events related to the message on the server.

• View only one event at a time. To view one particular event, double-click the event and use the arrows to move through subsequent events.

• Copy the entire contents of the journal so that you can paste it into an email or another application. To copy the entire contents of the journal to the clipboard, click Copy to Clipboard. Switch to another application and paste the contents.
