Ringtail or Concordance Server Configuration

After you add support for Ringtail or Concordance, you must make the following server configurations.

Configuring registered users access to LSS

After you add the Litigation Support connector, you must make it available to users as a recipient type in AccuRoute Desktop. To do that, you need to modify the AccuRoute properties of the appropriate registered users.

To enable the Litigation Support System application as a recipient type in AccuRoute Desktop

  1. Login and start the Server Administrator
    On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > Upland AccuRoute Server Administrator.

  2. Expand the console tree and click Registered Users. For each registered user who should have access to the Litigation Support System application, configure the following.

  3. Double-click the user to open the Properties page.

  4. Click AccuRoute.

  5. In the Allow user to route to section, select the Litigation Support System you configured for the connector. For example, if you configured the connector for Ringtail, Ringtail is listed.

  6. Click OK to save your changes. Now when you login to AccuRoute Desktop, the Litigation Support System connector is listed as a recipient type.

Configuring the Sequencer component

When you enable the Litigation Support connector for sequencing, the Sequencer component creates an internal queue for the connector. Submitting a job to the connector adds it to the internal queue in the order in which it was submitted. After a successful Compose, the Sequencer component holds the job in the queue until any previous jobs to the Litigation Support connector have completed composing.

To configure the Sequencer component

  1. Login to the system running the AccuRoute Server using an account that belongs to the Administrator and start the AccouRoute Server Administrator.
    Start > All Programs > Omtool > AccuRoute Server > AccuRoute Server Administrator

  2. Expand the console tree and click Components. The components are listed in the details pane.

  3. Double-click the Sequencer component to open the Properties page.

  4. Click Configuration. A list shows all installed connectors.

  5. Select the Litigation Support connector by checking the box beside the connector.

  6. Click OK to save your changes.
