About Desktop Client Connector

The Desktop Client connector, when installed on an Upland AccuRoute server, allows communication with existing Fax Sr. Client v5.4 installations. You can have up to four instances of this connector.

Note: Do not modify this setting unless an Upland AccuRouteTechnical Support Representative instructs you to do so.

To access the Desktop Client connector

  1. Start the Server Administrator.
    On the Start menu, click Upland AccuRoute > Upland AccuRoute Server Administrator.

  2. On the console, expand the Server Administrator tree.

  3. Select Connectors. The Connectors details pane lists the connectors that are licensed with your server.

  4. Double-click the Desktop Client connector to view its properties.

Desktop Client connector requirements

You must have the following installed and configured before you can install a Desktop Client connector.

  • Upland AccuRoute server with all required configurations
  • Workstations with Windows XP operating system
