You can enable members of a specific group to use Distribution Collections that you do not want all users to see. Once a user in the group logs in to a device, they can see those collections listed in the control panel of the device.
- In the Groups node, right-click the user group for which you want to provide access to the new Distribution Collection and select Properties. The Group Properties screen appears.
- On the Distribution Collections tab, select the Enable members of this group to use the following Distribution Collections check box.
- Select the collections you want to make available to this group and click OK.
Your user group is now associated with the Distribution Collections of interest.
