The following table lists the template variable (denoted by percent (%) symbols), mapping details if applicable, and a general description.

Note: Important! An asterisk in the variable description indicates that the variable can only be used in Notification templates only.

%APPROVAL_DATE%	Date when the message was reviewed by an approval manager *
%APPROVAL_DATE_SUBMITTED%	Date when the message requiring approval was submitted to the server *
%APPROVAL_DESTINATION%	Destination address of the message that requires approval *
%APPROVAL_MANAGER%	Name of the approval manager who reviewed the message *
%APPROVAL_NAME%	Name of the recipient associated with the message requiring approval *
%APPROVAL_SUBJECT%	Subject of the message requiring approval *
%ASSISTANTS_LIST%	Complete list of assistants who receive the message

%CC_COMPANY.x%	Company name of a recipient in the CC field, where x is the number that corresponds to the placement of the recipient in the CC recipient list
%CC_FAX_PHONE.x%	Business fax number of a recipient in the CC field, where x is the number that corresponds to the placement of the name in the CC recipient list
%CC_LIST%	Complete list of recipients in the CC field as they appear in the header of the message
%CC_PHONE.x%	Business phone number of a recipient in the CC field, where x is the number that corresponds to the placement of the name in the list
%CSI%	Identity of the fax board channel or fax device that receives the fax
%COMMENT%	Comment for the recipient of the message (associated with the Comment field on the AccuRoute/Genifax form or mail template)
%COUNT_PAGES_RECEIVED%	Number of pages in an inbound fax. This variable applies only to inbound faxes that enter the server through the Telco connector. Can be used in notification messages to notify the recipient about an inbound fax. *
%COUNT_PAGES_SENT%	Number of pages in an outbound fax. This variable applies only to outbound faxes that the server delivers through the Telco connector. Can be used in notification messages to notify the sender about an outbound fax. *
%DATE_CURRENT%	Current date
%DATE_SUBMITTED%	Date the message was submitted to the server
%DESTINATION%	Recipient address specified by the sender
%DMS_DOCUMENT_FRIENDLY_NAME%	Title of the document (as specified in the document's metadata) and the document ID number (from the document management system) For example: Quarterly Report (6483) *
%DMS_DOCUMENT_ID%	ID number or code assigned to the document by the document management system *
%DMS_DOCUMENT_NAME%	Name of the document that will be routed to the document management system *
%DMS_LIBRARY%	Name of library (associated with the document management system) where the document will be routed *

%EMAIL_BODY%	Body text from the form used to create the message
