For users of Lexmark devices without hard drives

Scanning large documents

Upland AccuRoute recommends splitting large documents into small documents when scanning (approximately 15 pages at a time) if the device does not have a hard drive to minimize errors. The following error message is displayed if large documents are scanned: "Scanning Failed... The document exceeds the available memory on this device. The scan cannot be completed."

Note: Use Job Build mode to scan 15 pages at a time.

Users will be able to perform the following tasks at supported Lexmark devices.

  • Create a Routing Sheet

  • Use a Public Distribution

  • Create a Personal Distribution

  • Scan to Me

  • Scan to MyFiles

  • Get Device Information

  • Scan to Folder

  • Hold, Release or Send a Fax

  • Print from Folder

  • Back to AccuRoute (Navigation)

  • View MyPrints

  • View MyMessages

  • View Job Queue
