Modifying a Normalization Rule
You can modify a Normalization rule by using the Server Administrator > Components node.

Start the Server Administrator.

Expand the Server Administrator tree.

Double-click Components. The Components are listed in the details pane.

Click Delivery Pending to open the Properties dialog box.

Click Normalization to open the Normalization dialog box.

In the Phone Number Normalization section, select the rule you want to modify.

Click Properties. The General dialog box appears.

Make modifications. For information on the properties you are modifying, see Creating a Normalization rule.

When you have finished making the desired modifications, click OK to close the General dialog box.
Deleting a Normalization Rule
You can delete a Normalization rule by using the Server Administrator > Components node.
To delete a Normalization rule

Start the Server Administrator.

Expand the Server Administrator tree.

Double-click Components. The Components are listed in the details pane.

Click Delivery Pending to open the Properties dialog box.

Click Normalization to open the Normalization dialog box.

In the Phone Number Normalization section, select the rule you want to delete.

Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the delete.

Click OK. The rule is deleted.
