Saving a document locally

The Local Save As option allows you to save the document in the local system or in the network share.

To save a document locally:

  1. Select the document you want to send and click the icon. Alternately, click File > Local Save As or right click the document and choose Local Save As from the drop down menu.

The Save As page opens.

  1. Click the Save in drop down menu and navigate to the location where you want to save the file.

  2. Click Save to save the file.
