About Billing Component

The Billing component extracts billing data from messages and populates a table in the Upland AccuRoute Archive database with this information. The Billing component should be used with CostRecovery, a client application that enables you to collect billing data from messages your company sends and receives.

Note: The Billing component has to be enabled before you can start extracting billing data from messages.

You can have only one instance of this component. You cannot modify its settings.

Accessing the Billing component

To access the Billing component

1. Start the Server Administrator.
   

2. Expand the Server Administrator tree.

3. Double-click Components. The Components are listed in the details pane.

4. Click Billing to open the Properties dialog box.
