Campaign Presets

Campaign presets allow you to create default campaign options for users creating the emails. This can save time and reduce error and any number of presets can be set up for the different types of emails being sent.

Presets can be created at account level, via the admin tab, or at workspace and project level. Depending where a preset is created will affect where it can be used; for example, a preset created at account level is available across the account, whereas a preset created in a particular project will only be available to the campaigns within that project.

Note: Presets can be created by any user; however, they can only be applied to campaigns by those with Normal/ Admin workspace permissions Account/ Account Admin user settings. This is because they are able to create campaigns too, unlike a view user.

On this page:

Accessing Presets

You can access presets from the relevant Workspace or Project using the Presets tab of the page tab bar, and if you are an Admin user, via the Presets tab within the Admin section.

Note: You cannot assign presets to workspaces or projects from the admin page. This must be done upon creation -.

The Presets Interface

The Presets interface displays existing presets, however this will vary depending on which area of the system you are working in.

If you are working in a workspace or project, only the presets available for that context are displayed. If you are logged in as an Admin, you will be able to see all presets for the entire account. You will also be able to see if a preset is restricted to a particular project or workspace in the Workspace and Project columns. You can click on the name of a particular workspace or project to be directed to it.
