SMS Identities are attributed to the Send SMS stage in the Automation Program Builder. These identities are created and set up by our project team, based on your company's requirements.
SMS Identities identify the vendor sending the SMS, the From Number, the Reply Number, as well as the opt-out text for receivers. This is also where the unsubscribe list is associated and allows frequency suppression to be set.
Note: numbers need to be in international format, e.g. +44 or 44. to use them in Automation SMS journeys.
