Locations

Locations are the bricks and mortar locations of your stores, events, or other information that are related to the brands in your account. You can import postal codes and other additional information to curate a directory of physical locations, and then use that directory with our template API to create targeted, personalised campaigns.

On this page:

Adding a Location

To add a location, navigate to the locations tab: Data > Locations, then click Add Location.

Creating a Single Location

Name

Provide a name for the location that is relevant so it can be a secondary identifier.

Identifier

The identifier is unique to the location, and you can use it to identify your store, even if you have two that share the same postal code (for example, stores that share the same shopping centre).

Brand

Select the brand that the location relates to.

Owner

The owner will default to you, though you can change it if required.

Description

This information appears in the user interface and can provide additional information about the location.

Address

Provide your address, this is to complete the location of your brand, alongside your postal code.

Postal Code

Give the postal code of your location. This allows us to identify the location for use in targeted campaigns (UK Only)

Country Code

Apply the two letter country code, related to the address and postal code. This uses Alpha 2 Code.

Grid Reference

Provide the latitude and longitude of your location. If there is no grid reference provided then we will use the postal code.

Additional Data

Provide additional data that is relevant to the location; for example, whether you can reserve online and collect in-store, or if there is a delivery service.

Importing a CSV of Locations

To import multiple locations, click the Import Locations link.

You will need to select a CSV uploaded into the File Manager in order to be able to proceed.

Field Mapping

Once you have uploaded your CSV and clicked Next, you will be asked to map your CSV headings to the required fields.
