Open your export from the export manager.
-
Select the schedule tab.
-
Choose from the dropdown menu how often you wish to run the export: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly.
-
Select when the export will run using the time and day dropdowns.
-
Hourly exports do not require time and day settings.
-
Daily exports only require you to select the hour the export will run, e.g. 23 for an 11pm export.
-
Weekly exports require an hour and a day of the week, e.g. Sunday at 23:00.
-
Monthly exports require an hour and day of the month, e.g. 00:00 on the 1st of the month.
Note: the hour you select indicates when the export will start processing, not when it will be sent as the export process could take an hour or more.
-
-
Select a feed type.
- Incremental: exports run sequentially. Only new data is sent each time.
-
Full: exports run cumulatively. The entire dataset is sent each time.
Note: incremental reports only include contacts newly added to the core table. For example, adding an existing contact to a list would not result in that contact being included in the incremental list export. They would appear in an incremental export when they are first added to the core table. -
Use the delimiter drop-down to specify the delimiter, e.g. semicolon, tab, or pipe. This field defaults to comma.
-
Select a delivery method: email, FTP, SFTP, or remote connection. Each option has unique delivery parameters to define.

Enable the export by checking the enabled checkbox.
-
Once you have specified the delivery criteria, press the Save button.

Note: the Export Log tab will not appear until an export has been scheduled.
The Export Log tab displays the history of your scheduled exports and will be empty until your schedule starts running.
Selecting an individual data export will open the schedule log, where you can download the data again using the 'Request Download' button.
When your repeat export is ready to download you will be sent an email, which will contain a link to where you can download it. This may take some time if it is a large export.
