Date of Birth

The date of birth (DoB) element allows you to insert a set of drop-down menus into your form, from which the user can select a day, month and year.

Note: Despite the name, this element does not have to be used solely for birthdays.

When creating a DoB element you will be asked to provide:

Table field:(required) the table field the information provided will apply to
Label:(required) identifier for the element in the form overview
Class:(optional) HTML class attribute for the element
Force value validation:(optional) decide if a value must be entered

Note: Forms can only have one element per table field.
