Forms Report

The forms page displays the activity for any forms within your campaign. Your email content can contain multiple forms, for example, for recipients to update their details, or a link to a survey.

Report

This page shows how many recipients:

  • Opened: number of contacts who have opened the form
  • Submitted: number of contacts who have submitted the form
  • Abandoned: number of contacts that abandoned the form before submitting

Tracking abandonment rates can be useful, as a high level may indicate usability issues with your form.

Note: If you have more than one form in a single campaign, the statistics are reported separately under the name of each form, as shown above.
