Social Report

The social page of a report provides in-depth information on shares, generated views and contact impressions for your campaign: when a recipient clicks on a 'share' link to share a copy of your campaign, or a link on a social network and the number of page views as a result.

Overview

The overview will show the subject of the campaign, the total number of contacts sent to, how many were delivered and the number of opens and clicks.

Contacts Shared

The number of contacts who have clicked on a 'share' link represents the total for all launches of your campaign. You can click on the contact count to browse those contacts and to access the events viewer, which displays the number of times the contacts have shared.

Page Views

The number of page views is the total number of hits to links shared, whether custom links or a copy of the campaign, via the social network sites. You can click on the view count to display the page views in more detail.

Note: Some page views will be generated by automated processes viewing the content of messages posted to social networks.

Page Views Information

This page lets you know the social network, the IP address, 'User Agent' and timestamp for each page view. The 'User Agent' is how the browser identifies itself when making a web page request. Knowing the 'User Agent' can help show how your link has been shared, either by a 'real' person or an automated process.

Pages Shared

Displays the different pages that have been shared by recipients, using the share links.

Most Popular

Displays the ten recipients who have generated the most page views.

Note: When a recipient clicks to 'Like' a link on Facebook it is not recorded as a share by Adestra until they have completed the process.
