When the insight map is completed, it occurs to Lynn that her colleagues can benefit from the insights that she and her team uncovered as they worked the Oriole Health & Fitness account.

Tagging and Sharing a Map

Lynn clicks the Sharing button on her insight map.

She activates the Published toggle so that all her colleagues with access to the Oriole Health & Fitness account can see the insight map and import its insights into their own insight map.

Lynn selects the Tags from a suggested list and applies them to her insight map. This will help her colleagues if they are working a similar account and would like some help to get started. Tags assist users searching for useful insight maps to import and are created by your administrator.

Lynn clicks Done when she is ready to share her insight map.
