He'll now guide everyone through the Test the Plan phase of the meeting

Sharing Gaps

It's time for the reviewers to share any potential gaps they spotted during the presentation.

They add these by clicking the feed's Gap button.

A reviewer can like a gap someone else has posted in the feed. This is a good way for everyone to see which gaps are on more than one person's mind.

 

Lynn takes each reviewer in turn, discussing the potential gaps they've shared.

If any of these warrants a follow-up action on the plan, she can use the Create Action option in the drop-down beside the gap.

 

The action is added to the plan's Actions list.

 

When all gaps have been addressed, the Test the Plan phase is complete. The group is ready to move to the next phase of the Test & Improve.

Try It Yourself

By testing the plan, reviewers can help the presenter identify potential blind spots and weaknesses in the account plan. As presenter, you can:

• Discuss these gaps with the reviewers
• Create actions to follow up on gaps
