Opportunity stages in Salesforce are values on the Opportunity object's Stage picklist.
The sales process stages you create in Altify software must be kept in sync with these Salesforce stages.
- Open the Altify Sales Process Diagnostics tab in Salesforce.
- The current the stage mappings are shown. Each Salesforce stage must have a corresponding Altify stage. Those that don't have a corresponding Altify stage are listed in this tab.
- Click Synch Stages to create an Altify stage for each Salesforce stage that doesn't already have one.
