You can run a batch job that calculates the Plan Status signal values for all your existing Dealmaker opportunity plans. You might want to do this when:
- You first install or update TeamView
- You add the Plan Status icons to a view
- You make a change to the opportunity plan type configuration (running the batch job ensures that the signals adjust accordingly)
To run the batch job:
- Open the Altify Batch Jobs tab.
- In the drop-down, select Recalculate Opportunity FSM Signals.
- Click Run.
The batch job runs. A status bar shows you its progress. When the batch job is done, the signal calculations are complete.
The batch job runs against the Altify Opportunity ("opportunity plan") object. It does not affect the opportunity records themselves.
The batch job performs the calculation even if only partial information is available.
