Objectives

The Objectives page is where you execute the Account Manager plan strategy.

Define the Objectives that will contribute to achieving your strategic goal and assign the necessary Actions to achieve each objective.

• Objectives

  An objective is something that needs to be achieved to make the strategy a success. An objective contains the actions required to achieve it.

• Actions

An action is a specific step that needs to be completed, either as part of achieving an objective, or as an unassigned action in its own right.

By default, an '[Unassigned Actions]' objective is available for every account in the plan. Actions that are not associated with a specific business objective can be linked with this objective. Depending on how Altify is configured by your administrator, '[Unassigned Actions]' objectives may not be initially visible in your Objectives list.
