Max Drop-Down in Opportunity Manager

The Max icon on an Opportunity Manager page shows you the number of insights currently associated with that area of the opportunity.

When you click the icon, a drop-down opens that shows you those insights.

You can see the current insight's level of importance:

Use the thumb icons to indicate whether you find the insight helpful or unhelpful.

If you are the opportunity's owner, you can click the snooze icon on the current insight. This means that the insight won't be 'active' again in the opportunity until the selected amount of time has elapsed.

However, you can still access a snoozed insight. There are two ways to do this:

  • Select the All or Snoozed option in the Max launchpad's 'Show' filter.

  • Click the snooze toggle in the Max drop-down. This toggle shows/hides snoozed insights.

To unsnooze a snoozed insight, simply click its bell icon and select Cancel.
