Colors and Icons in Plan Details Questions
The Plan Details page's color coding gives you a quick view of the overall strength or weakness of [1] each individual plan details question and [2] each section of the plan (the 'summary color').
- Green indicates a positive ('strong') score.
- Red indicates a negative ('weak') score.
- Yellow indicates a neutral score.
(Account details questions don't have color coding.)

For a section containing plan details questions, the summary color is determined by the software as follows:
Each question has three drop-down answer options. One is scored as positive, one is scored as negative, and one is scored as neutral.
- If the sum of the section's current answer scores is less than or equal to a third of the maximum possible negative score, the summary color is red. For example, if the section's maximum possible negative score is –30, and the answers so far have a combined score of –10 or less, the summary color is red.
- If the sum of the scores is greater than or equal to a third of the maximum possible positive score, the summary color is green. For example, if the maximum possible positive score is +30 and the combined answers have a score of +10 or more, the summary color is green.
- Between those two ranges, the summary color is yellow.
- If no questions have yet been answered, the summary color is gray.
