Summary Information
An account plan's summary information, such as the opportunity count and the aggregate value, are visible to all users who have access to the plan – access to this information is governed by the account plan.
Opportunities
In an account plan's opportunity map, the visibility of opportunities is governed as follows:
- All potential opportunities are visible to all users who have access to the plan – their sharing is governed by the account plan.
- A current or won opportunity is visible only if you have access to that opportunity in Salesforce.
When you click into an intersection on the opportunity map, you are notified if there are opportunities on the intersection to which you don't have access.
Accounts
You can access an account plan as long as you are a team member or your position in the role hierarchy grants you access to it, even if you don’t have access to all the accounts in the plan.
