The insights contained within a library file can be applied to any scopes within the same knowledge domain. This is a necessary step to activate the library file (v1.56) that is available after you install Altify Max, or after you have imported a library file into a knowledge domain.

On the Insight Editor tab, select the relevant knowledge domain..

Select the relevant scope's Apply Library option. (This is the scope
Open Altify Opportunitiesif you are applying the default library file - v1.56). Applying a library updates any existing insights in the scope and adds new ones. - Any new insights in the file are copied into the scope ("created").
- Each library insight already in the scope is overwritten by its new version (if any), as long as the insight has not been manually changed by a user with Editor access. (Manually-changed insights are never updated automatically.)
- Any insights that have been manually created in the scope are unaffected.
- Click OK to proceed.

Set the status slider to ON for the scope.
The insights are now displayed to your users in Altify.
The Use Library dialog opens. This summarizes the effect of applying the library file to the scope.
